Click "edit profile." Then Click "song %26amp; video on profile". Then check off enable my song to play automatically or something similar to that.

Everyone has the option to have music on other peoples' pages play automatically or not. There's nothing you can do on your end...it depends on their settings.
The only other thing I can suggest is that you use an mp3 player like one of these http://www.myspacemp3player.net/ where you can control whether or not it plays automatically and do away with the MySpace player.
