The best you can do is get http://www.trakzor.com it will tell you the location of the person and some other information. it works even if someone isn't logged in.
if you don't want people without profiles visiting your page go private.

Whether they are logged in or not, Myspace filters all scripts that would enable you to do that. Not possible, thanks to the Myspace moderators.
