Any myspace pro's out there?

I am trying to put a YouTube video on my MySpace..

I tried to put the Embed code on my about me, I saved the changes I made, and I clicked 'View My Profile' but the video won't show on my profile.

Why won't it work, and what can I do?

Oh, and it would also be great if you showed me exactly how to shrink the size of the video.

Fiend is correct.

If you're using the old "hide music player" code that adjusts the embed to 0, the base code has been changed to where ALL embeds get sized to zero now, so you'll need to look through your profile for the code %26amp; replace it with this.

Maybe you have other HTML codes on there. If you do, maybe that's why it won't show.

Like graphics or other things in your about me.

You may have to clear out the whole thing if it still doesn't work.

Im not sure what could be wrong with the youtube code, but if you need codes for ANYTHING theres an awesome website for all your myspace needs its crash_codes good luck!!

Are you hiding your music player? If so, you may be using an outdated code which is also hiding all other embeds on your profile.

it proably is the myspace layout you used. try changing your layout or taking it off first to see if that is the reason. (thats what happened to me)

so you might just have to change your layout or your could try putting it in a different section like... intrests or id like to meet.. etc

to change the size of the video, first copy the "embeded code" for example

so theres your code. ^^ see where it says object width="425"

thats how wide the video is. to make it smaller just play around with the number. try replacing the "425" with "300" or a smaller number. if you want the video bigger or smaller just mess with the number till you get the right size. to change the height just do the same thing where it says height="355"

**just make sure you leave the code exactly the same, the only thing you change is the three numbers!!
